What to expect?

Step-by-step instructions to pair and build the perfect charcuterie or cheese board. We provide all of the ingredients so you can enjoy time with friends. This hands on class is perfect for girls nights, date night or just because.

Guests will learn to slice and style cheese, meat folding techniques, fruit flowers and pairing suggestions. You can enjoy your board during the event or we can wrap them to enjoy at home.

What’s included?

60 minutes of instruction, all ingredients to build your charcuterie board including cured meat, cheese, fruit, nuts and accompaniments including a disposable palm leaf patter & honey dipper for you to keep and a drink to enjoy during the event.
