What to expect?

Step-by-step instructions to build a perfectly paired summer Charcuterie board. We provide all the ingredients so you can enjoy time with friends.

Guests will learn to slice and style cheese & make salami roses.  These techniques are sure to elevate your charcuterie board game!

You can enjoy your board after class or we will wrap them to enjoy at home.

What’s included?

60 minutes of instruction, all ingredients to build your board including cured meat, cheese, fruit, nuts and accompaniments, a keepsake wood board and complementary wine or sparkling water to enjoy during the event.
