What to expect?

Step-by-step instructions to pair and build the perfect charcuterie board. We provide all of the ingredients so you can enjoy time with friends. This hands-on class will get you ready to impress your guests or hostess with a gorgeous Thanksgiving charcuterie board.

Guests will learn to slice and style cheese, make a salami rose, fruit flowers and get expert serving and shopping suggestions to make holiday entertaining easy. After class we can box your boards to carry home.

What’s included?

60 minutes of instruction, all ingredients to build your charcuterie board including cured meat, cheese, fruit, nuts and accompaniments, a disposable palm platter and a gift box for transporting your board home.
